We’re a pretty low-traffic makerspace, so we don’t worry much about machine scheduling yet. We have a binder that we collect signed waiver forms in, and we do safety training in person. No project tracking yet.
We’ve been more interested in automating our door lock system, keeping that synchronized with our membership database. And sync’ing that database with our forum software and our payment provider. Giving paying members access to the right things. It’s been fairly manual so far though.
